As I posted last weekend, Matthew appeared on Pottercast Live on Saturday as part of The Harry Potter Alliance’s Helping Haiti Heal campaign! I recorded Matt’s segment and turned it into a video for everyone to watch! You can go here to donate to the cause!

Thanks to HP4U, where I am now a staffer, we know that Deathly Hallows filming will be taking place from now until March 12th in the Berkshire area. According to the site:
Calling all fans in the Berkshire area. Filming will be taking place once again very soon in Swinley Forest. If you’re in the position to pop along and check out the progress of the sets then send us a quick note so we can direct and give you further info.
We’ll have more news in the coming weeks but what we can confirm is the area will be prepared for a night shoot, kicking off towards the end of Feb for one week.
The only Actor we can confirm as yet to be filming is Matt Lewis (Neville) but of course there will be more and we’ll also keep you posted what scenes are scheduled to be shot.
The Harry Potter Alliance along with a ton of other sites and fandoms are Helping Haiti Heal with a fundraiser! The most exciting prize, at least in my opinion, is a set of Harry Potter Hardcover books signed by JK ROWLING! If you donate $100 you are eligable to win:

As most of you have probably heard, on the 12th a huge tragedy hit Haiti; they were hit by a 7.0 earthquake. Matthew has tweeted about donating to the relief efforts by saying: “You lot are a good bunch so I’m asking a favour. Please give generously to the Haiti earthquake appeal. http://dec.org.uk”
The Harry Potter Alliance is asking for everyone’s help to reach out to Haiti and help with the relief efforts.
Please consider donating $10 to Haiti by texting “HAITI” to 90999. Or if you have access to a credit card, we highly recommend you donate to Partners In Health as they have been in Haiti for over 20 years and have written the book on health and human rights. Partners in Health both tackle the symptoms as well as the root causes.

Also, thanks to Mugglenet for letting us know that Alivan’s is donating 100% of the profits from all Redwood wand sales to the Red Cross to go directly to Haiti. Just purchase one of their Redwood wands (in one of the two Redwood designs) between now and Jan. 31st.
At the end of this campaign Alivan’s will let us know how much was raised through wand purchases.

Matt and Tom Felton participated in an interview that aired yesterday on BBC Radio One, can be heard in the middle of the show from 1:06 to 1:17, via the BBC iPlayer.
Here are some snippets:
Matt Lewis: There’s no fat suit this year, that much I can tell you. They got rid of the fat suit and it’s good for Neville this year, actually. Again, I’m not going to give too much away, but we’ve had some really cool stuff. The set’s kind of like a set from “Saving Private Ryan” that we’re working on, like D-Day.
Tom Felton: It’s epic and again, without revealing too much, Matt has some fantastic stuff. It’s heroic, I’d even go as far as saying it’s heroic. Heroic and even iconic.Presenter: Have you ever been suspended or had detention at school?
Tom Felton: Yes.
Matt Lewis: I’ve had detention, but never been suspended.
Tom Felton: But one was for dyeing my hair blond! They suspended me for dyeing my hair blond. I couldn’t believe that.
